Strata partners with leading HCM, staffing, and benefits providers. When a client chooses to implement a solution through one of these partners, we may receive compensation from that provider.
This allows us to deliver workforce analysis and strategic recommendations at little to no direct cost to our clients. Direct costs are only incurred if you choose to engage us for consulting, facilitation, or ongoing HR support services.
